Details- This
hotel is set back from the main street in Bayeux. Dating
back to the 18th century, the property was once a coach house inn.
Today you will find a nice courtyard in front of the hotel which gives the
hotel a bit of tranquility from the popular main street in town.
This hotel does accept groups, but is not usually overrun by them since
there are only 25 guest rooms. The rooms vary, but in general are
medium size, and all have a mini bar, phone, alarm clock and TV.
Notes-
The
public spaces are nice and spacious. There is a lounge where you can
enjoy a drink and a fine restaurant. The hotel does offer a half
board plan where both breakfast and dinner are included in the rate.
This is good value when compared to the restaurant's regular menu prices.
Quotes-
"A nice base to explore Normandy and the town of Bayeux " Steven Hurley,
October 2001
