Details- This two star hotel might not normally make our recommendations but its prime location right in the center of town and it's lovely restaurant make it worth while if you are not looking for a deluxe room. Situated just next to the bridge that spans the creek cascading from the two mountains joining here, make this a lovely setting for enjoying this wonderful town and the nearby Gorges du Verdon. The 18 rooms range in style and comfort level. A couple of rooms have balconies but they too range in size and quality.

Notes- Our favorite room is #14 which has a queen bed and a large balcony even though there is not enough room on the balcony for chairs, it offers a magnificent view. Number 21 also has a balcony but the room is quite small. Room #26 can accommodate a family of four with a sleeping loft above the living area. If at check-in, you get #21, ask for a different room right away, the room is small, dark and does not have carpet.
