Details- This is the sister property of our favorite Paris hotel, and it is just down the street. Owned by Mr. Buffat who has conferred a high level of service and charm to his small properties and efficient staff. The lobby offers comfortable sofas and club chairs right off a central light well, and a wonderful barrel vaulted cellar room is also used as a lounge. Situated on the only street through the center of the Ile Saint Louis and only wide enough for a single car, it is a quiet and ideal location.

Notes- Guestrooms are medium sized, all similarly decorated with Provencal fabrics and the bathrooms feature blue and white Portuguese tile walls (though hand showers over tubs have no shower curtains). Double pane windows and air-conditioning keep rooms quiet. This hotel is full all year with its loyal clientele. We need to book it well in advance.
