Details- This property is located in the Rue Cler area, near the Eiffel Tower.  This typical Parisian pedestrian street is filled with restaurants, markets, hotels and working class shops.  The entrance and lobby of the hotel are clean, if a bit boring, with simple seating, tile floors and faux marble walls.  The breakfast room has a cute bistro feel, but the use of small cafe chairs makes you not want to linger.  This hotel is popular with budget minded.

Notes- The clean and basic rooms include TV, a safe and a desk with modem jack.  The hotel does have air conditioning but it is only turned on June 15 through September 15, so many of the rooms have a ceiling fan.  One of the reminders that it is a budget property is the hot and cold beverage machines available just off the lobby.  As with most hotels in Paris there is a Metro nearby and the hotel can arrange a shuttle to and from the airport.

Quotes-  "We have included this hotel for its charm on a budget.  Overall a nice place on a welcoming street."  Steven Hurley, March 2002.
