Details- This hotel is located on the largest pedestrian street in the historical center of Rome, between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo.  The Via del Corso is a great shopping and dining area, and perfect for late night strolls of the city to monuments such as the Trevi Fountain,  Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and the Villa Borghese.

The Hotel del Corso is designed in the old style with high ceilings and carefully selected materials so that it fits in perfectly into the neighborhood.  This hotel has a loyal business clientele and offers services that appeal to them such as fax, internet connection, etc., but also offers family services such as babysitting and ticket and tour arrangements. The entry through a long arched hallway toward a fountain sets a relaxing tone with marble and attractive lighting.  The roof garden is a great setting for breakfast during the summer months.  A lot is packed into a tight space here, but nothing seems cramped, except maybe the elevator and the tiny breakfast room. There are definite advantages to a new building, and the rooms show this off.  All are air conditioned, have satellite TV, telephone and safe.  The modern bathrooms have hairdryers and are well appointed.

Quotes-

"Best Capucchino I had in Italy!  Seriously.  This hotel is in walking distance of everything you might want to see in Rome."  Monique H. Fairfield, CA May 2006

"This hotel is located on one of the busiest, and best shopping streets in Rome, but as soon as you step inside, the beautiful and relaxing outdoor garden and water fountains will put you at ease. The rooms are spacious and tasteful. The staff will help you with everything you need and breakfast is one of the best buffets you will ever have, complete with fresh homemade rolls, croissants, and pastries!"  Bill and Geniva M., Princeton NJ, November 2004

The designer look and classic atmosphere make this seem like a splurge!”  Roger Tinsman, July 2001
