Emergency Contact

If you are traveling to Europe, make sure you leave a copy of your list of the hotels including phone and fax numbers with someone at home, whether a family member, neighbor or the house sitter. Not only will this help them if they need to get a hold of you, but in the event that you need to contact a hotel and cannot locate the number, you will have a back up resource.

Always carry names and numbers of anyone you think you might need to contact in the States if you were to have an emergency.

For our small groups, we offer a private link on this web site to the list of hotels we'll be staying in with their phone and fax numbers. This information is accessed from your itinerary page. You will also be given a paper copy of this information. If you are extending your stay before or after the trip, and would like us to add more information regarding this, please let us know.
