Ken
Steven Hurley is the founder and owner of Travels with Friends. He was a key Travel Consultant for a large traditional full-service travel agency prior to 9/11, gaining his Certified Travel Associate designation in 2001. The French Government Tourist Office has designated Steven as a France Destination Specialist and the Bavaria Tourism Office has designated him Bavarian Ambassador.
Steven owns and manages the business. He writes the website's text, works with clients to arrange custom trips, cruises, tours and more, coordinating with vendors to provide private tours. He also plans and hosts our small group tours. His favorite European country is Germany and his favorite city is Paris.
Roger Tinsman is the co-founder of Travels with Friends and has been traveling to Europe since 1973 when he attended school in Friedrichshafen, Germany. He lived in Europe for a year, spending four of those months traveling the continent. Roger and Steven have been traveling to Europe together for over 16 years and combined have visited 20 countries during their 49 trips.
Roger is responsible for the photos on the website, writing hotel reviews and hosting our small group tours. His favorite European country is France and his favorite city is Paris.
Ken Diaz began working with Travels with Friends in 2005. In the past Ken worked with clients but now he is our "special assignment" guy who helps with back office administration.
